You will oversee staffing, curriculum adjustments, and data collection while collaborating with country and global teams to meet learner success standards. This role requires travel within Colombia and remote work with reliable WiFi.

Qualifikationen

• Strong communication skills, with experience coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using a Learner Management System (LMS) to track progress and outcomes.
• Ability to manage projects, timelines, and deliverables across teams.

Aufgaben

• Ensure program readiness and onboarding for instructors and mentors.
• Coordinate instructor selection and onboarding with the C&I global team.
• Support curriculum updates and alignment with learning outcomes and standards.
• Maintain regular communication with instructors, learners, and partners to track progress and address issues.
• Document performance, risks, and corrective actions for TSP and curriculum delivery.
• Design and deliver professional development activities for instructors.
