Job summary

Generation is seeking a C&I associate in Colombia to assist instructors and learners as we launch and scale new programs. The role requires remote work with travel within Colombia and occasional in-person events.

You will support readiness of programs, help select instructional teams, onboard and upskill instructors, and promote a learner-centered community. A bachelor's degree and 1–3 years in education programs are expected, with fluency in Spanish and strong English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with solid academic record.
• 1–3 years leading education programs or online environments.
• Fluent Spanish and strong English communication.
• Experience with LMS data analysis preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily delivery of programs and handle learner issues.
• Plan daily schedules and manage cohorts with instructors and mentors.
• Coordinate onboarding and professional development for instructors.
• Maintain LMS content and data for reporting.
