Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine in Bogota, Colombia is seeking a Compensation Operations Analyst to support the Total Rewards strategy across the Americas. You will analyze compensation data, help determine appropriate levels, and partner with HR and TA teams.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 1–3 years in compensation or HR operations, fluency in English and Spanish (Portuguese preferred), strong Excel skills, and the ability to work in a matrixed environment.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 1–3 years of work experience; 1 year in compensation/HR operations preferred.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese proficiency preferred.
• Strong analytical and quantitative business skills; Excel proficiency required.
• Experience in a matrixed environment and familiarity with HRIS tools.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Americas compensation operational support to TA, HRBPs and leaders including offers, annual comp, leveling, retention, and recognition.
• Handle day-to-day tasks and raise cases as needed while meeting SLAs.
• Collaborate with Corporate Services to ensure timely compensation matter delivery.
• Support annual compensation cycle activities (surveys, salary structures, year-end).
• Assist with case tracking metrics and other operational projects and reporting.
