ABA Centers of America is seeking a Compensation & Benefits professional to manage programs across the United States and Latin America. You will help shape salary structures, incentives, and benefits, leveraging market benchmarks and internal equity to inform decisions.

In this role, you will collaborate with HR, payroll, finance, and regional leaders to ensure compliant, competitive, and transparent compensation practices while supporting mobility, audits, and continuous program improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience managing compensation & benefits processes in USA and LATAM.
• Knowledge of compensation analysis and benchmark practices.
• Experience with multinational or regional organizations.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency, written and verbal.

Responsabilités

• Manage compensation and benefits programs across USA and LATAM.
• Conduct market benchmarking and salary analysis.
• Support annual compensation cycles: salary reviews, bonuses, promotions, and job leveling.
• Provide compensation guidance to HR and business leaders.
• Prepare reports and dashboards on compensation metrics and benefits usage.
• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations in USA and LATAM.
• Collaborate with payroll, finance and legal teams on processes.
