ICBD Global in Medellín is seeking a Compensation & Benefits Specialist to oversee programs across the US and LATAM. This hybrid, full-time role guides market benchmarking, salary analyses, and annual compensation cycles while partnering with HR and business leaders.

You’ll ensure data-driven decisions with advanced Excel and HRIS tools, maintain compliance across regions, and support payroll, finance, and legal teams on mobility and benefits initiatives in a global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in payroll and compensation roles.
• Experience managing Compensation & Benefits processes in both the USA and LATAM.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and improve compensation and benefits programs for the US and LATAM.
• Run market benchmarking and salary analysis to keep pay structures competitive and equitable.
• Support annual compensation cycles: salary reviews, merit increases, bonuses, promotions, and job leveling.
• Partner with HR and business leaders on hiring, internal mobility, and retention strategies.
• Analyze compensation data, trends, and internal equity, and build reports and dashboards that drive decisions.
• Coordinate benefits administration: enrollments, renewals, vendor management, and employee support.
• Ensure compliance with labor and tax regulations across the US and LATAM countries.
• Collaborate with payroll, finance, and legal teams, and support global mobility and regional compensation initiatives.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2-5 years of experience in payroll and compensation roles.
• Prior experience managing Compensation & Benefits processes in both the USA and LATAM.
• Strong knowledge of compensation analysis, salary benchmarking, and benefits administration.
• Experience working with multinational or regional organizations.
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills.
• Familiarity with HRIS and payroll systems.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
