Arches Colombia is seeking a Client Solutions Associate to connect US clients with the right experts. You will identify top profiles and manage outreach across platforms to assemble ideal candidate pools.

You will source, screen, and schedule interviews with experts, building relationships for future collaborations. Fluency in English and Portuguese is required, with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Fluent English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
• Strong communication skills—daily interaction with senior professionals.
• Good attention to detail - crucial for matching experts.
• 0-2 years of work experience.
• Comfortable working with US clients (early morning meetings may be required).
• Experience with LinkedIn and basic research tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand client projects and identify ideal expert profiles based on topics, industry focus, seniority, and expertise.
• Source and reach out to expert candidates across multiple platforms (LinkedIn, local platforms, internal databases, networks).
• Screen and vet candidates to assess expertise before connecting with clients.
• Manage scheduling for client-expert interviews and build ongoing relationships with experts.
