GEA is seeking a Distribution Channel Manager to drive growth through its distributor network. You will build long-term partner relationships, shape channel strategies, and collaborate with BU sales, marketing, service, and product teams to maximize channel effectiveness.

The role requires coordinating with international partners and ensuring alignment with regional and global objectives while maintaining high standards of governance and performance tracking.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a field related to engineering, business or marketing.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Channel/Distribution Management or Partner Management.
• Proven track record with international distributor networks.
• Experience designing and executing partner programs or channel enablement initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with distribution partners and manage channel performance.
• Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and growth opportunities.
• Identify new market opportunities and expand the distributor network in targeted regions.
• Define and execute channel strategies aligned with regional objectives and growth plans.
• Design onboarding and partner enablement programs to accelerate partner productivity.
• Monitor and improve key channel KPIs such as revenue, market coverage, and partner activation.
