Grant Thornton is seeking an Advisory Knowledge Management Lead to shape and execute the KM strategy for the Advisory service line and its five solution families. The role collaborates with practice leaders to capture and transform critical knowledge into value while aligning with priority initiatives.

You will manage the global KM program, support AI capabilities, and coordinate with teams in multiple countries, including India, to build a scalable knowledge network and drive adoption of AI

Formación

• 6–10 years of professional experience in knowledge management or related field.
• Experience in global professional services or advisory space preferred.
• Experience with offshore teams and virtual environments.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute the global Advisory KM strategy.
• Lead knowledge management plan for priority initiatives.
• Maintain intranet and knowledge content for value delivery.
• Collaborate with leaders across countries to build a global KM network.
• Support AI tool rollout and adoption across the function.
