Oceans Code Experts seeks an AX-29 Advisory Knowledge Management Lead to steer knowledge management initiatives across the organization. You will guide strategy, foster collaboration, and ensure strategic alignment with leadership on knowledge priorities.

The role demands strong PM and negotiation skills, as well as experience managing offshore teams in a global services setting. A master’s degree preference and PMP credentials are advantageous.

Formación

• Bachelor degree in Business, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, Library Sciences, Journalism or related field.
• Advanced degree in a related field preferred (MBA, Knowledge Management, MIS, Library/Information Sciences, Organizational Behavior, Psychology).
• 6-10 years of professional experience with 3-5 years in knowledge management.
• Experience in a global professional services organization.
• Consulting experience in the advisory/consulting space preferred.
• Experience managing offshore teams.
• PMP Certification is a plus.

Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
