Grant Thornton is currently seeking an Advisory Knowledge Management (KM) Lead to support the Advisory service line and its five solution families. This KM position works closely with Advisory leadership to create and lead the development and execution of a knowledge management plan in support of priority initiatives. The Advisory KM Lead serves as a strategic knowledge advisor to practice leaders to develop their respective knowledge strategies and focus on key priorities including supporting M&A integrations, expanding AI capabilities, and building a global KM support model.
Strong understanding and extensive use of knowledge management methodologies, intranet / portal management, website usability, subscription management, collaboration tools, content and document management, search engines, taxonomy / metadata, metrics reporting / analytics, workflow and process automation applications, AI agents. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite including SharePoint, CoPilot, Teams, and Viva Engage.
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study required (Business, Management, Marketing, Information Systems, Library Sciences, Journalism and/or Communications). Advanced degree in related field preferred (MBA, Knowledge Management, Management Information Systems, Library/Information Sciences, Organizational Behavior, or Psychology). PMP Certification nice to have.
6-10 years of professional experience including 3-5 years of knowledge management in a global professional services organization. Preferred candidates will have prior consulting experience in the advisory/consulting space from a recognized professional services firm and experience working with and managing an offshore team.
