Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Marketing, Analytics, Communications, Retail Management, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in operations, customer support, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage B2B gift card inboxes, including application reviews and urgent escalations.
• Serve as primary point of contact for guests and clients regarding gift card orders and issues.
• Investigate and resolve payment, shipping, activation, and inventory issues affecting guests.
• Support development of reporting and dashboards to track performance.
• Coordinate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution.
