Inspire Brands seeks an Gift Cards Operations Analyst to own day‑to‑day operations for gift card programs across B2B and B2C channels. You will review applications, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and drive reporting and analytics with cross‑functional partners.

You will help improve inventory readiness, support campaigns, and implement SOPs to streamline processes and scale program performance for guests and partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Experience in operations, customer support, or gift card programs preferred.
• Experience with eCommerce, retail, or promotional programs is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own and manage B2B/B2C gift card inboxes and escalations.
• Resolve payment, shipping, and fulfillment issues impacting guests/clients.
• Support gift card reporting, dashboards, and KPI analytics.
• Coordinate with fulfillment partners and internal stakeholders on inventory readiness.
• Create and improve SOPs, workflows, and automation opportunities.
