Sutherland in Barranquilla, Colombia, is seeking a credit operations specialist with exposure to credit cards and lending. You will understand end-to-end credit accounts and support backend lending processes.

You will drive ticket resolution for B2B inquiries, and maintain configuration workflows across credit programs, collaborating with internal stakeholders and ensuring accuracy in processing and reporting.

Formación

• 2+ years in credit card or lending ops with strong process knowledge.
• Experience with back-end of credit or lending operations preferred.
• API familiarity and Jira/VDI familiarity considered a plus.

We are looking for candidates with direct exposure to credit products, ideally credit cards, consumer lending, or loan operations. The candidate should understand how a credit account works end to end. The ideal candidate would have experience in the backend of credit or lending operation.

Core Function: Drive ticket resolution, manage B2B account inquiries, and maintain configuration workflows across credit programs.

• 2+ years in credit card/lending operations with strong credit process knowledge (Credit Decisioning, CRA tools, Collections).
• Demonstrated capacity to manage 15-30+ accounts concurrently while meeting strict performance benchmarks (70%+ assessment threshold).
• Minimum B2 Level English (client-facing) and fluent Spanish.
• Functional API knowledge, basic coding capabilities, and operational familiarity with Jira/VDI environments.
