Job summary

The Gift Cards Operations Analyst will own the day-to-day operational execution of the gift card program across B2B and B2C support channels, including application reviews, order inquiries, urgent escalations, operational issue resolution, reporting enablement, inventory support, and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
• Experience supporting eCommerce, retail, gift card, loyalty, or promotional programs is preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage B2B gift card inboxes, including application reviews and order inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve payment, shipping, fulfillment, and inventory issues.
• Support rollout and improvement of gift card performance reporting and dashboards.
• Coordinate with fulfillment partners to ensure inventory readiness for key selling periods.
• Create and maintain SOPs for bulk gift card ordering and related processes.
