Job summary

Inspire is seeking a Gift Cards Operations Analyst to own day‑to‑day gift card program execution across B2B and B2C channels. You will manage inboxes, inquiries, escalations, and issues with suppliers, driving fast resolution and clear communication to guests and partners.

You will support reporting, dashboards, and analytics to improve inventory forecasts, promotional readiness, and decision making during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4–6 years in operations, customer support, logistics, or related fields.
• Experience managing inboxes, escalations, and order support workflows.
• Experience with gift card, loyalty, ecommerce, or hospitality programs.
• Proficient in reporting and analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
• Experience creating SOPs and operational workflows.

Responsibilities

• Inbox, order, and escalation management for B2B and B2C gift card inquiries.
• Resolve operational issues with cross‑functional and supplier teams.
• Support gift card performance reporting and KPI analytics.
• Assist inventory planning and promotional readiness across channels.
• Identify process improvements and drive SOP/documentation.
