Rockwell Automation is seeking an Agentic AI Operations Engineer to support and operate Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions powering our enterprise AI platform. You will deploy AI pipelines, ensure reliability, and maintain health and security of systems under guidance from senior architects.

You will report to the Engineering Manager. Responsibilities include deploying AI agents, operating RAG pipelines, maintaining Azure infrastructure, and implementing observability and CI/CD practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• English proficiency for global collaboration.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy, configure, and maintain AI Agents using Tools and Skills.
• Operate and support RAG pipelines and integrations with vector/NoSQL DBs.
• Maintain Azure infrastructure (Postgres, Redis, Grafana, Kubernetes).
• Configure/maintain a Service Mesh for AI architecture.
• Monitor model serving layers and data pipelines for low latency.
