Rockwell Automation is seeking an Agentic AI Operations Engineer to support and operate enterprise AI pipelines and agentic applications in production. You will deploy AI Agents, maintain Azure infrastructure, and ensure secure, reliable operations under the guidance of senior engineers.

This hands-on role requires 3+ years of experience, Kubernetes expertise, and Python skills. You will collaborate with global teams and contribute to security, observability, and CI/CD practices in a hybrid work

Formación

• Bachelor's Degree.
• English proficiency for collaboration with global teams.
• 3+ years of relevant work experience.
• Proficient in Kubernetes cluster management.

Responsabilidades

• Deploy, configure, and maintain AI Agents that use Tools and Skills across production environments.
• Operate and support Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and ensure data ingestion and processing flows run reliably.
• Maintain Azure infrastructure (Postgres, Redis, Grafana) and Kubernetes services.
• Configure and maintain a Service Mesh for the AI Architecture.
• Monitor model serving layers and data pipelines to ensure low latency and efficient resource use.
• Implement observability, logging, metrics, and incident response to keep services available.
• Support audits and compliance checks for AI products in production.
