You will map SDLC bottlenecks, roll out scalable AI tooling, and translate strategic goals into practical workflows that enhance delivery speed across teams.

The role requires a strong software engineering background, 1+ years of AI/automation experience, and superior English communication.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent English proficiency to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

• Articulate & streamline cross-product processes across SDLC to reduce bottlenecks.
• Roll out AI-assisted tooling & automation to improve delivery speed and scalability.
