Rockwell Automation is seeking an AI Engineer to amplify engineering productivity by embedding AI and automation across products and workflows. The role focuses on re-engineering how teams build and deliver software, scaling proven patterns across the organization.

You will map the SDLC, identify bottlenecks, and champion AI-powered tooling that can be replicated. This position requires a strong software background and the ability to drive change across multiple teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Excellent English proficiency to communicate with people at all levels.

Responsabilidades

• Articulate and streamline cross-product SDLC processes to identify bottlenecks and redesign the flow end-to-end.
• Roll out AI-assisted tooling and automation to improve delivery speed across teams and measure impact.
• Bridge vision and execution by translating AI strategy into concrete workflows and tooling.
