You'll lead quarterly business reviews, executive escalations, and relationship recovery efforts, while designing and negotiating multi-year agreements and pricing models that balance customer value with profitability. GenAI-powered operations will accelerate pipeline analysis and improve proposal quality across your book of business.

Formación

• 5+ years leading B2B enterprise software sales.
• Experience owning enterprise accounts with $1M+ ACV.
• Expertise structuring and negotiating multi-year commercial agreements including SOWs and SLAs.
• Financial fluency in P&L, revenue recognition, forecasting and lifetime value economics.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce or equivalent CRM and Order-to-Cash processes.

Responsabilidades

• Own renewals, expansions and the strategic health of a portfolio of Fortune-caliber accounts.
• Negotiate multi-year agreements, statements of work, SLAs, and pricing models.
• Lead executive engagements and quarterly business reviews to transform risk into renewal and upside.
• Collaborate with delivery, legal, finance and customer success on a structured weekly cadence.
