Amrize is seeking an AI Innovation Sr Specialist to identify high-value AI opportunities across business functions and translate needs into viable use cases. You will lead initiatives from idea to Proof of Concept and implementation, building the business foundations and ROI models to demonstrate value and scale across the enterprise.

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 4+ years of experience in Business Analysis, Process Consulting, Digital Transformation, Technology Consulting, AI Consulting, or similar roles.
• Experience identifying, assessing, prioritizing, or implementing AI use cases, preferably in enterprise environments.
• English proficiency at B2 level; exposure to SAP Business AI, SAP Joule, or SAP BTP is a strong advantage.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze end-to-end business processes to identify inefficiencies and AI opportunities.
• Engage with stakeholders to understand business challenges, objectives, and process needs.
• Identify, structure, and prioritize AI use cases based on value, feasibility, complexity, risk, and scalability.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and implementation scopes.
• Evaluate AI technologies including Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, NLP, Machine Learning, Computer Vision, and Intelligent Automation.
• Build ROI models and business cases to assess the expected value and economic impact of AI initiatives.
