EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Full Stack Software Engineering Manager to deliver GenAI-driven web experiences with fast, intuitive UIs and robust integrations.

You will create enterprise-ready component libraries and client-side integration layers, working across React, TypeScript, or Vue with Python services on AWS to ship secure, observable features. Formación

• 8+ years of production experience with React, TypeScript, or Vue in enterprise web applications.
• 8+ years of software engineering across the full web stack including frontend UIs, REST APIs, and microservices.
• 4+ years of experience integrating GenAI features and prompts into web apps.
• Strong Python backend development skills and 4+ years building cloud microservices on AWS, Docker, and REST APIs.

Responsabilidades

• Design and deliver GenAI-enabled web applications with intuitive UIs and fast client-side integrations.
• Build reusable frontend component libraries and design systems for enterprise GenAI apps.
• Implement LLM-powered flows using LangChain or LlamaIndex with OpenAI, Claude, or Gemini.
