EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead JavaScript Full-Stack Engineer to guide frontend architectures and real-time streaming interfaces powering AI agents. You will mentor engineers and partner with global teams to standardize components and design patterns.

You will design and refine UI interfaces, SDKs, and agent experiences for web and mobile, with emphasis on low latency, streaming and accessibility. Strong leadership and GenAI UX experience are essential.

Formación

• 5+ years of engineering experience with JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend state management libraries.
• 1 year or more in a leadership role guiding teams.
• Experience building GenAI UX, real-time streaming interfaces (SSE/WebSockets), and chat Assistant patterns.
• Backend exposure with Python and cloud-native REST APIs on AWS/Docker.
• Proven ability to architect UI component libraries, design systems, and SDKs for multi-team use.
• Strong English communication (B2+).
