EPAM Systems, Inc. seeks a Lead AI Agentic Developer to spearhead AI-powered engineering initiatives, delivering GenAI and RAG solutions across Python/FastAPI, React/TypeScript, and Google Cloud Vertex AI.

You will architect end-to-end GenAI systems, implement LLM orchestration, observability, and cost controls, while mentoring teammates and ensuring architectural alignment with non-functional requirements.

Formación

• 5+ years of software development experience with hands-on GenAI and agentic development.
• Experience with AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Copilot) and LLM orchestration.
• Strong understanding of prompt-engineering, RAG, multi-agent systems, and structured outputs.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, deploy, and support AI-powered apps using Python/FastAPI, React/TypeScript and Vertex AI.
• Own GenAI systems end-to-end including architecture, delivery, production support, and cost optimization.
• Implement LLM orchestration, prompt engineering, RAG, multi-agent workflows, and structured-output generation.
• Create and maintain observability pipelines for AI platforms, including tracing, token usage, cost monitoring, and quality metrics.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship in agentic practices and AI-tool integration.

We are building a Lead AI Agentic Developer role to lead AI-powered engineering initiatives that elevate the retail experience through generative AI.
