You will shape frontend architectures, streaming UX, and reusable frameworks while hands-on leading engineers across web and mobile platforms. You will mentor the team, drive architectural decisions, ensure accessibility and observability, and collaborate with product managers and backend engineers to deliver

Formación

• 5+ years of experience in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend state management libraries.
• 1+ years of leadership or team lead experience, mentoring engineers and coordinating initiatives.
• Solid software development background across web apps, client-side SDKs, APIs, and microservices.
• Hands-on experience building GenAI user experiences, conversational UX, or real-time streaming interfaces.

We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineering Manager with JavaScript to join our global AI Engineering team and help build secure, enterprise-grade AI Agents at scale.In this role, you will help shape the technical direction for intelligent, user-facing agentic interfaces, frontend platforms, and streaming UX experiences that deliver GenAI capabilities to employees and customers.
