EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Chief JavaScript Full-Stack Engineer to shape the frontend and AI agent interfaces across web and mobile platforms. You will set the technical vision, roadmap, and governance for reusable frontend architectures and streaming UX at scale.

You will lead a global team of engineers, mentor senior staff, and collaborate with product, UX, and backend architects to deliver low-latency, secure GenAI experiences for employees and customers worldwide.

Formación

• 7+ years of experience in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, and modern frontend state management libraries.
• 2+ years of leadership experience, guiding senior/lead engineers and driving cross-organizational technical strategy.
• Extensive software development background across web applications, client-side SDKs, APIs, and microservices at enterprise scale.
• Proven track record of shaping GenAI user experiences, conversational UX, and real-time streaming interfaces (SSE/WebSockets).
• Deep expertise in architecting chat assistants and prompt UI patterns.
• Strong proficiency in Python backend development and integrating cloud-native REST APIs on AWS/Docker.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1) with excellent communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive design of high-performance, enterprise-grade frontend platforms with ultra-low latency streaming.
