You will guide a small, highly capable team from design through production, shaping product direction and delivering rapid iterations with business users. Responsibilities include designing scalable systems, building Python backends with FastAPI, ensuring security, reliability, and performance, and evaluating AI features with automated tests and monitoring.

• 7+ years of software engineering experience with Python or comparable languages.

We are looking for a Chief Software Engineer to build a next-generation AI-powered financial assistant platform that brings chat, reporting, and bespoke interfaces into sophisticated investment workflows.
