TransPerfect is seeking a Paid Media Lead to plan, deploy, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and more. This role emphasizes funnel strategy and quality leads, not just clicks.

Formación

5+ years hands-on paid media across multiple platforms.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Advanced expertise in Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Meta Ads Manager.

Responsabilidades

Plan campaign architecture across platforms with funnel intent and audience logic.
Design and test lead acquisition strategies across new platforms and formats.
Build retargeting and lifecycle audiences integrated with email nurture and sales outreach.
Collaborate with marketing to define lead qualification and hand-off criteria.
Contribute creative direction to ad concepts and copy with the creative team.
Launch and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta, Reddit, TikTok, and emerging platforms.
Set up and manage targeting, bidding, and UTMs; track conversions and GA4 accuracy.
Run structured A/B tests and report on performance to the team.
Pull data, build dashboards, and communicate insights and next steps.
