Job summary

Carnegie Oceanic, a Sun Valley Group company, is seeking a full-cycle B2B Sales Agent in Medellín to build relationships with procurement managers in maritime parts supply. You will identify buyers, schedule short virtual meetings, and own every deal from first contact through payment.

Expect consultative, relationship-based selling rather than a call-center approach, with a base COP salary, USD 400 monthly bonus, and uncapped commissions of 10–14% of gross profit plus USD 300 per new account;

Qualifications

• 2+ years in B2B sales, personally managing deals from first contact through payment.
• Maritime, shipping, or industrial supply experience is a plus.
• Education: Technological or professional degree (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Manage full sales cycle from first contact through payment.
• Identify right buyers using LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Schedule short virtual meetings and own each deal that follows.
• Maintain relationships to generate ongoing orders.
