FullStack is seeking a forward-deployed engineer to embed with enterprise teams, architect AI-enabled solutions, and ship real-world agents within client ecosystems. You’ll balance consulting, operations, and engineering, tackling both discovery and delivery with high ownership.

This role works with Fortune 500 clients and regulated industries, delivering value through practical AI integration. You will lead architecture decisions, ensure secure deployment, and drive measurable outcomes for

Qualifications

5+ years of professional software development with a mainstream stack.
1–4 years shipping agentic AI solutions and LLM workflows.
Advanced English is required.
Four-year college degree required.
Experience with frontier AI tools and modern APIs.

Responsibilities

Discover and run workshops to separate AI problems from workflow problems.
Structure processes and specs for automation with AI systems.
Architect end-to-end agentic systems and integration layers.
Build working systems including agents and multi-step automations.
Own CI/CD for delivered work and environments.
Present decisions to CTOs and business leadership; support pre-sales where needed.
