FullStack is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer to embed with enterprise teams, turning AI proofs into production systems. You’ll own discovery, architecture, and delivery of agentic solutions with strict data and retrieval focus.

You’ll lead client-facing discovery, design scalable AI architectures, and ship working systems with end-to-end ownership from prototyping to production. This role offers 100% remote work across the Americas.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional software development experience with production stacks.
• 1-4 years shipping agentic AI solutions in production.
• Advanced English is required.
• Four-year college degree required.
• Hands-on with frontier AI tools (Cursor, Claude Code, Gemini CLI, OpenAI Codex).
• Experience leading client-facing discovery calls and scoping.

Responsabilidades

• Run workshops with business, data, and engineering stakeholders.
• Map current state and translate into executable specs for AI systems.
• Design end-to-end agentic architectures with retrieval and context.
• Build agents, retrieval services, and evaluation tooling.
• Own CI/CD for AI systems and manage releases.
• Operate post-launch evals, observability, and cost controls.
