Jeeves based in Bogotá is seeking a Solutions Engineer for a full-time hybrid role. You will bridge product capabilities and customer needs, guiding prospects through discovery, tailored demonstrations, and alignment of technical and business goals.

Work with sales, product, and engineering to map ERP workflows and data flows, translating requirements into actionable Jeeves solutions for finance teams. Fluent English required; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.

Competenze

• 3 years of experience in a Solutions Engineer/Consultant role in SaaS/fintech or ERP.
• Strong understanding of financial processes and ERP workflows (AP/AR, GL).
• Experience with enterprise deals and technical discovery.
• Clear communicator across technical and non-technical audiences.

Mansioni

• Lead discovery sessions to map customer processes and goals.
• Deliver customized product demos for CFOs, controllers, and finance teams.
• Evaluate integration and data flow needs with product/engineering.
• Collaborate with sales and KAMs for deal strategy and upsells.
• Scope pre-sales implementation requirements and feasibility.
