Job summary

Jeeves is a stablecoin-native banking platform for global enterprises. You will be a hands-on engineer sitting at the intersection of product and customers, delivering production code and leading onboarding for strategic accounts in Latin America.

You will work with finance and engineering teams, run technical workshops, and produce concrete implementation plans while collaborating with Sales and Account Management on complex deals. Fluency in English plus Spanish/Portuguese is required.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in software engineering or engineering management including at least 2 years in customer-facing technical work.
• Strong hands-on coding in Python, TypeScript/Node, or Go with production experience building against REST APIs and webhooks.
• Solid SQL and data-mapping skills with integrations or data pipelines built and supported.
• Professional fluency in English plus Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Able to travel to customer sites in Latin America as needed.

Responsibilities

• Write production code to support our largest customers.
• Ship mission critical features to help customers achieve their goals.
• Own the technical onboarding for strategic accounts from scoping call through go-live and adoption.
• Run technical workshops with customer engineering and finance teams, sometimes on-site.
• Write clear implementation plans, set timelines, and flag risks early.
• Turn repeated customer requests into clear, prioritized input for Product and Engineering.
• Document learnings in the field (integration guides, edge cases, playbooks) so the whole team benefits.
