Sezzle is seeking a curious Product Intern to join our Payments & Fees team in Colombia. You will work closely with a product manager to organize the backlog, analyze payment flows, and support dashboards while collaborating with engineering, design, and data teams.

You will learn fintech systems, gain firsthand experience in agile product work, and contribute to cross-functional efforts across business and tech partners. This role offers growth in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related field.
• Interest in payments, fintech, and how complex financial systems work.
• Curious, logical mindset; enjoys solving problems and asks questions.
• Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Comfort working with data and willingness to learn SQL.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Internships/projects in product/fintech are a plus; potential hires.
• Experience with Claude or similar large language model tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the product manager with drafting, organizing, and tracking tickets for changes to the payments service.
• Gather background context from multiple stakeholders and prepare materials for provider meetings.
• Analyze payment workflows and support dashboards; flag anomalies in payment flows.
• Maintain clear internal documentation for payment flows, fee structures, and processes.
• Participate in agile meetings and collaborate with engineering, operations, compliance, and support teams.
