Sezzle is seeking a Software Engineer Intern to join our fintech team. You will contribute to backend and frontend features, participate in code reviews, and help scale our platform while learning from experienced engineers.

Remote opportunity for candidates in Colombia. Core stack includes Golang, TypeScript, Python, React, and cloud services like AWS. The role emphasizes curiosity, teamwork, and a passion for building robust software.

Formación

• Experience with Golang, Python, or any backend language.
• Familiarity with Javascript/Typescript, and React or similar framework.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience with Claude or equivalent large language model tools is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing and maintaining backend and frontend services.
• Write clean, scalable code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new features and resolve bugs.
• Work on performance tuning, debugging, and scaling of Sezzle's platform.
• Document software functionalities and contribute to the knowledge base.
