Sezzle is seeking a Software Engineer Intern to join our innovative technology team from remote Colombia. You will contribute to real-world projects, participate in code reviews, and gain exposure to Sezzle's stack.

You'll work on backend and frontend services, write clean code, and collaborate with engineers to implement features and fix bugs. This internship offers hands-on experience in a fintech platform.

Formación

• Experience with Golang, Python, or any backend language.
• Familiarity with Javascript/Typescript, and React or similar framework.
• Basic understanding of databases and SQL.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
• Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated experience with Claude or equivalent LLM tools for productivity.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in developing and maintaining backend and frontend services.
• Write clean, scalable code and participate in code reviews.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new features and resolve bugs.
• Work on performance tuning, debugging, and scaling of Sezzle's platform.
• Document software functionalities and contribute to the knowledge base.
