Sezzle is seeking a curious Product Intern to join the Payments & Fees team. You will support backlog management, analyze payment flows, and work with engineers, design, and data teams.

You'll learn SQL, help create dashboards, and gain hands-on fintech experience in a fast-paced environment. This internship emphasizes collaboration, learning, and delivering tangible product outcomes.

Formación

• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Interest in payments, fintech, and financial systems.
• Strong curiosity and a logical mindset with problem-solving.
• Excellent attention to detail and persistence.
• Willingness to learn SQL; prior experience is a plus.
• Effective written and verbal communication; translate tech to business.
• Experience in internships/projects related to product, fintech, data, or startups is a plus.
• Demonstrated experience with Claude or equivalent LLM tools is required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the product manager in drafting, organizing, and tracking tickets for changes to the payments service.
• Gather background context from multiple stakeholders and prepare materials for provider meetings.
• Learn SQL to query payment data and support dashboards tracking performance and health.
• Maintain internal documentation for payment flows and fee structures.
• Participate in agile meetings and bridge tech and business needs.
