Félix is seeking a FinOps Lead to own financial operations for Wallets & Cards, designing scalable processes and automating them with Engineering and Data teams. You will ensure complete, accurate transaction flows and balances as products scale.

You will report to Head of Finance and partner with Accounting, Treasury, Product, and Compliance to support audits and regulatory requirements. Strong SLAs and documentation are essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 6–9 years in financial operations, reconciliations, accounting, controllership, payments operations, or related function.
• Fintech/payments experience or transaction-heavy business preferred.
• Strong understanding of subledgers and how operational flows feed into GL.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end reconciliations across customer balances, ledgers, processors, and GL.
• Design reconciliation workflows, controls, and exception-handling procedures.
• Automate reconciliation processes with Engineering and Data teams.
• Support month-end close and regulatory reporting with documented outputs.
