Félix is seeking a Compliance Operations Project Manager to drive execution across our compliance roadmap. You will ensure the right projects are delivered on time, improve processes, and maintain cross-functional visibility with Engineering, Legal, Product, and external vendors.

You will work closely with the Compliance Ops Manager to translate strategic priorities into concrete projects and maintain alignment with regulatory requirements.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Law.
• 3 to 5 years in Compliance, Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, or other Regulatory Related Environment with at least 2+ years in a leadership level role.
• Demonstrated ability to develop Team Leads, not just manage tasks, but build people.
• Deep understanding of AML/KYC and document verification in a high-volume environment.
• Proficiency in SQL; Experience with IDV tools (Persona) and Support platforms is required.
• Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English (written and verbal).

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate cross-functional project execution across Engineering, Legal, Product and external partners.
• Manage end-to-end delivery: scoping, timelines, and post-launch monitoring.
• Maintain visibility over Team Leads’ work and surface blockers to keep projects on track.
• Audit workflows to identify bottlenecks and drive process improvements.
• Translate strategic priorities into concrete, trackable projects with the Compliance Ops Manager.
