Job summary

Revolut is a fast-growing fintech serving 80+ million customers worldwide, delivering spending, saving, investing, and travel features. We seek a detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee month-end closes and uphold a high-standard control environment in Colombia.

You will coordinate month-end processes, ensure IFRS conformance, and drive accuracy in financial reporting across statutory and consolidated accounts using ERP Oracle NetSuite.

Qualifications

• A degree in finance or economics is required.
• 4+ years of experience in a finance and controlling function.
• Excellent accounting knowledge with IFRS and consolidated reporting experience.
• Financial services experience, ideally in an international setting.
• Strong analytical skills and a hands-on approach to data.
• Experience in a fast-growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory and consolidated GL accounts in ERP Oracle NetSuite in accordance with local norms and IFRS.
• Coordinate the accounting and month-end closing process.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of books for monthly and annual reporting.
• Manage the accounting policy, ensure up-to-date IFRS and group policy implementation.
• Implement process improvements to boost efficiency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting through automation and controls.

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee month-end closes while building a high-standard control environment, ensuring accuracy and compliance at all times.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing statutory and consolidated GL accounts in ERP Oracle NetSuite in accordance with local norms and IFRS
• Coordinating the accounting and month-end closing process
• Ensuring accurate and timely closing of the books for monthly and annual reporting
• Managing the accounting policy, ensuring that it's up-to-date and the latest changes in IFRS and group policies are implemented
• Implementing process improvements to boost the efficiency and accuracy of monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting through automation and control measures
• Participating in annual and interim audits
• Advising on accounting and reporting issues
• Contributing to and defining consolidation as well as financial control processes and procedures

What you'll need

• A degree in finance or economics
• 4+ years of experience in a finance and controlling function
• Excellent accounting knowledge, with proven experience in IFRS and consolidated financial reporting
• Financial services experience, ideally in an international setting
• A structural and logical approach to solving problems
• Exceptional analytical skills and a hands-on approach to working with data
