Qualifications

• Degree in finance or economics.
• 4+ years in a finance/controlling role.
• Strong IFRS and consolidated reporting experience.
• Experience in financial services, international setting preferred.
• Structured problem solving with data literacy.
• Experience in a fast-growing organization.
• Motivation with delivery focus.
• Hands-on accounting and control mindset.

Responsibilities

• Prepare statutory and consolidated GL accounts in ERP Oracle NetSuite per IFRS.
• Coordinate the monthly close process.
• Ensure timely closings for monthly and annual reports.
• Maintain up-to-date accounting policy in line with IFRS/group policies.
• Drive process improvements for reporting accuracy and speed.
• Support annual/interim audits.
• Advise on accounting and reporting issues.
• Contribute to consolidation and financial control procedures.
