Atlas Copco Colombia Ltda is seeking a Group Finance Application Analyst to support and improve financial reporting applications used across the Atlas Copco Group globally. You will collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, data quality, and reliable solutions that drive business decisions.

The role involves supporting SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BPC, and Power BI, maintaining systems, and contributing to global finance projects.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years in financial reporting or finance applications.
• Experience with SAP solutions, preferably BW/4HANA and BPC.
• Experience with Power BI; SQL and Jira are advantage.
• Understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, and group finance processes.
• Experience in multinational organizations and cross-functional global teams.
• Fluent English communication (C1 preferred).

Your Role

As a Group Finance Application Analyst, you will support and continuously improve the financial reporting applications and processes used across Atlas Copco Group globally. You will work closely with finance and IT stakeholders to ensure accurate, efficient, and reliable reporting solutions, contributing to data quality, system optimization, and business decision-making.

Your day-to-day

• Provide first and second-level support to the global finance user community for financial reporting and consolidation applications, including SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BPC, and Power BI.
• Monitor and support the monthly Group reporting process, ensuring compliance with strict reporting deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain financial systems and coordinate communications, issue resolution, and follow-up activities with stakeholders across the organization.
• Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and user training materials.
• Manage change requests and enhancements through established Service Desk processes.
• Participate in global finance projects, including company integrations, ERP implementations, and acquisition-related activities.

Your Skills And Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in financial reporting, finance applications, or financial systems support.
• Experience providing functional support for SAP solutions, preferably SAP BW/4HANA and SAP BPC.
• Experience with Power BI; knowledge of SQL and Jira is considered an advantage.
• Understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, and group finance processes.Experience working in multinational organizations and cross-functional global teams.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience supporting internal users through Service Desk or similar support platforms is desirable.
• Fluent English communication skills (C1 level preferred).
