Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in financial reporting, finance applications, or finance systems support.
• Experience providing functional support for SAP solutions (SAP BW/4HANA and SAP BPC preferred).
• Experience with Power BI; SQL and Jira knowledge is an advantage.
• Understanding of financial reporting, consolidation, and group finance processes; multinational teamwork.

• Provide first and second-level support to the global finance user community for financial reporting and consolidation applications, including SAP BW/4HANA, SAP BPC, and Power BI.
• Monitor and support the monthly Group reporting process, ensuring compliance with reporting deadlines and quality standards.
• Maintain financial systems and coordinate communications, issue resolution, and follow-up with stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain documentation, knowledge base articles, and user training materials.
• Manage change requests and enhancements through Service Desk processes.
• Participate in global finance projects, including integrations, ERP implementations, and acquisitions.
