DiDi Global Inc. is seeking an On Field Sales Auditor to ensure SOP compliance through field audits and structured Accompany Visits. You will coach BDs/BDMs, document evidence, and drive action plans with timely follow-up visits.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in sales operations or auditing, strong analytical and communication skills, and a focus on operational excellence across commercial teams.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is required.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial training, field coaching, auditing, or sales operations.
• Strong understanding of Sales SOP execution and field coaching.

Responsabilidades

• Document Sales SOP compliance through structured Accompany Visits with rubric.
• Conduct unannounced field audits to evaluate execution against SOP.
• Validate BDM scoring consistency through audit calibration.
• Identify gaps and ensure compliance with commercial standards.
• Provide field coaching and define clear action plans.
• Complete Accompany Visit reports, audit documentation, and dashboards on the same day.
• Generate field insights and escalate operational risks when needed.
