DiDi is seeking an Education & Development Senior Analyst to design and implement comprehensive training strategies, leading a team to empower the sales organization within DiDi Food. You will enhance tools and resources to optimize performance and collaborate with sales, operations and product teams.

You will continuously improve content and training sessions, build capabilities of the commercial team, and analyze opportunities for growth in DiDi Food.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business administration, marketing, psychology, pedagogy or any business administrative field.
• Preferable specialization or master's degree in business administration, teaching, marketing or sales.
• Fluent English.
• 3 years' experience in training and development management (essential).
• 2 years working with commercial teams (essential).
• Proven commercial experience with a strong understanding of sales team dynamics (essential).
• Excel and data-driven approach.

Responsabilidades

• Create and manage training programs, learning solutions/projects (face to face, virtual or blended).
• Lead a team to meet the training needs of the commercial team through the management of learning projects.
• Design, deliver, and continuously improve training and capability-building programs specifically for the commercial team.
• Establishing and monitoring KPIs to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on sales team performance.
• Overseeing the integration and utilization of learning technologies and tools (LMS, virtual classrooms) to enhance delivery.
• Conduct regular needs analyses to identify training gaps within the sales team and address them.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders across departments to align training with organizational goals.
• Drive continuous improvement in training materials, methodologies, and delivery formats.
• Increase productivity of the team by providing knowledge tools to improve restaurant experiences.
• Lead the training and capability-building sessions for the commercial team.
