DiDi is seeking an On Field Sales Auditor in Bogotá to ensure compliant execution of the Sales SOP through field audits and coaching. You will document visits, collect evidence, and provide actionable feedback to BDs and BDMs, driving consistent performance across the sales team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Psychology, Pedagogy, Food Engineering, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in commercial training, field coaching, auditing, or sales operations.
• Strong understanding of Sales SOP execution, field coaching, commercial auditing, and sales processes.
• Ability to assess performance, document findings, and provide actionable feedback.
• Strong analytical, communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

Responsabilidades

• Document Sales SOP compliance through structured Accompany Visits with rubrics and evidence.
• Conduct unannounced field audits to evaluate execution against the SOP.
• Validate BDM scoring consistency through audit calibration.
• Identify gaps and ensure compliance with commercial standards.
• Provide immediate field coaching and define action plans.
• Complete and maintain audit reports, evidence, trackers, and dashboards.
