Job summary

WITHIN seeks a hands-on social community manager (freelance to perm) to live in our brands' Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube comments and DMs daily from our Bogotá office. You’ll manage multiple consumer brands, ensuring timely, on-brand responses and proactive engagement.

You will leverage Sprout Social and TalkWalker for monitoring, with AI-assisted drafting and fast triage. This role is full-time in-office in Bogota, Colombia, with competitive DOE compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years hands-on community management for consumer brands, agency experience preferred.
• 4x daily inbox sweeps and proactive engagement.
• Fluent English with strong written communication for client-facing work.
• Experience with Sprout Social and social listening tools (TalkWalker).

Responsibilities

• Run inbox sweeps at least twice daily across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube and TikTok.
• Reply in each brand's voice prioritizing purchase intent, product questions, and issues.
• Identify conversations and trends, and log sentiment and requests for monthly reporting.
• Use AI tools to speed up replies and triage while documenting workflows.
