Job summary

Macro is seeking a Facilities Coordinator to join the Bogota office, ensuring services are delivered safely, efficiently and in compliance. You will coordinate cleaning, M&E, CAFM processes, and support the Senior Facilities Manager to meet account objectives and drive service improvements.

You will act as a key operational contact for the Bogota site, building strong stakeholder relationships, managing contractors and suppliers, and contributing to a safe, healthy workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or property services.
• Experience using CAFM systems and facilities software.
• Knowledge of health, safety and compliance.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate cleaning, M&E, workplace and facilities services across locations.
• Maintain on-site presence and ensure service standards.
• Monitor maintenance tickets and SLAs; drive improvements.
• Manage CAFM data, compliance documentation and reports.
• Oversee contractor activities and insurance/documents.
• Prepare client updates, invoices and financial records.
• Promote health, safety and compliance across sites.
• Conduct routine portfolio inspections and follow up on actions.
