The role requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple priorities, build strong stakeholder relationships, and drive operational excellence across the portfolio.

- Coordinate contractor activities, ensuring compliance with Macro’s health and safety procedures, site rules, permit‑to‑work requirements, and quality standards.
- Review contractor documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and insurance records.
- Monitor supplier performance against agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), coordinate supplier meetings, and follow up on improvement actions.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client stakeholders and operational teams.
- Coordinate monthly client review meetings, prepare service updates and performance reports, and track agreed actions through to completion.
- Resolve or elevate operational issues and service concerns, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive communication.
Financial Management
- Raise purchase orders, coordinate invoice processing, monitor invoice status, and support aged debt management.
- Assist with budget monitoring, expenditure tracking, financial reporting, and supplier cost reviews to identify savings and efficiencies.
- Prepare quotations and proposals for additional works and services, identifying minor works opportunities that support account revenue growth.
Health, Safety & Compliance
- Promote a positive health, safety, and compliance culture, ensuring contractor activities meet Macro and NBCU standards.
- Support statutory compliance programmes, maintain accurate records, and track outstanding requirements.
- Identify and report risks through site inspections, audits, and workplace assessments, escalating significant concerns as appropriate.
- Support incident and near‑miss investigations, ensuring corrective actions are completed.
Portfolio Inspections
- Conduct routine office inspections in line with the agreed schedule, including EcoOnline inspections at least twice per year.
- Assess contractor performance, service quality, and compliance; identify risks and improvement opportunities.
