Coforge seeks a Senior PMO Project Manager to lead complex ERP initiatives in a remote, cross-functional setting. You will maintain master project plans, coordinate with IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services, and Finance, and drive executive-level status reports.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of project management experience, strong communication skills, and hands-on experience with Oracle E-Business Suite. Prior SaaS or Hi-Tech exposure is a plus.

Formación

• 5-7 years of project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience maintaining project plans, dependencies, issues, and risk management documentation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to facilitate meetings, track action items, and prepare MoMs.
• Experience preparing executive presentations and status reports.
• Knowledge or experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (Oracle EBS).

Responsabilidades

• Maintain master project plans, timelines, dependencies, issues, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Coordinate with engineering teams, ServiceNow architects, and business stakeholders across IT, Sales, Supply Chain, Services, and Finance.
• Lead stakeholder meetings and steering committee communications, track action items, and prepare Minutes of Meetings (MoMs).
• Prepare executive presentations, briefings, and project status reports for leadership.
